Monday Madness | Busy? Don't let your hair suffer!

A quick protective style!
I'll be the first to admit that when I'm working hard, I can neglect a few essentials.
I've been know to work 13 hours straight without stopping for food! Not good!

When work is being crazy, I'll be honest, initially, my hair was my ESCAPE from work life.
I would get home, spritz and seal and jump on the internet to research more stuff to do with it!

Now that life has intruded again, I still make sure to keep my hair routine working hard for my hair's health, rather than risk losing all that hard-earned length and health.
What do I do? K-I-S

Keep It Simple!
  1. Start with low-manipulation or protective styles: braids, twists, buns are great!
  2. Moisture in a flash! A spray bottle and a light oil makes it a 5 min (or less) job!
  3. Cover ar night: satin/silk scarf or bonnet.
  4. Baggy: if you tend to forge your morning spritz in the rush out of the house, put a plastic cap on your moisturized hair at night to up the ante! Your hair will stay hydrated for longer in the day!

Simple! Hope you like it!
