Goal length and shrinkage: you say....

So far, it would seem that most ladies have goal length dreams of BSL to WL. Some were happy with APL.
I wonder if they will catch the hair anorexia bug that most get once they realize they have been living far below their hair's true potential all these years. Look at me, I'm aiming for Tail bone length hair!

With shrinkage (just first impressions at this point), it seems a higher number loathe it than like it. Some are indifferent to it! I think that main thing here is to start practicing (and hence, perfecting) styles that stretch the hair without causing damage. This means learning to stretch braid-outs and twist-outs. Or maybe trying out the threaded method - maybe doing this overnight before twisting or braiding.

However, we do need to remember to love that hair! I'm personally inspired by this young lady's  pic (find her on Hairlista here!) Happy hair growing ladies!
