LHCF UK Ladies, Meetup: June 11, 2011

Product swaps are the best!

Yesterday, I had the distinct pleasure of meeting up with other ladies from the popular hair care forum, LongHairCareForum, aka, LHCF! It was lovely to see familiar faces from the last meetup I went to and meet some new ones!

*Side note: we ate at this restaurant called Busaba Eathai and I officially love the place. Went back for some takeaway Kalamari today and I may even sign up for a cooking class there...lol! *

Back to the hair - we ate, we chatted about hair, the forum, how we found that the 'Americanisms' on the forum still baffled us and, of course, did a product swapping session at the end.

The "oohhs" and "aahhs" were not for the food at this point. Who knows what the waiter thought of us! Like we cared - we were having fun and getting inspired by other naturals, relaxed and transitioning beauties.

At the end, we went our separate ways, but not before extending the LHCF BB code and getting numbers of our own hair inspirations! Above and below are some of the lovely goodies I got! I will be posting a yotube video in more detaiL, God willing, showing the products!
