Current Regimen (Products below)
My regimen has simplified over the years.
- I keep my hair in protective styles most of the time.
- My hair is in twists hidden in crocheted indiviual faux locs.
- I seal in moisture before installing the hair with a hair oil mix that has castor oil in it.
- Deep conditioning happens between styles.
- I finger-detangle my hair to style.
- A bit of conditioner is left in my hair after washing to style it with.
- Coconut oil is Bae (put that on everything)!
- I always dry my hair without heat (air-dry).
- I do a light trim on my ends (dusting) every year.
