  How I grew my hair

Current Regimen (Products below)

My regimen has simplified over the years.
  • I keep my hair in protective styles most of the time
  • I moisturize daily or every few days with a diluted conditioner
  • I co-wash and apple cider vinegar rinse every 2 weeks.
  • Deep conditioning happens between styles.
  • I finger-detangle my hair to style and use a detangling brush every 4-6 months.
  • A bit of conditioner is left in my hair after washing to style it with.
  • Coconut oil is Bae (put that on everything)!
  • I always dry my hair without heat (air-dry).
  • I do a light trim on my ends (dusting) every 3-4  months.
