Welcome to my site!

Here, I plan to share my transitioning-to-natural story and eventually, my natural hair journey. I've been on my healthy hair journey since July 2008. I decided to grow out my natural hair in November 2009.

My hair is thriving! I am past Waist Length (I'm shocked too!).
I am currently aiming for  Hip length hair. Join me on this journey to discover what my hair type is and just how long it will grow!

On my blog, I will be posting product reviews,my everyday haircare and my journey discoveries. I invite other ladies on their haircare journeys to join in and share their experiences. I'm currently based in the UK, so I put a new spin on haircare 'finds'!

Start with the "About Me" section to find out how I take care of my hair.

I suggest the "Hair FAQs" section for information on  starting your healthy hair journey and daily hair care.
Browse through the "Styling", "My Fotki" and "Youtube Channel" sections for hairstyling ideas and tips.
*New* "Inspiring Naturals" Blogette: pictures of beautiful natural heads to inspire you.
Check out "The Secret World of Kinkz&Curls" (My Tumblr) for inspiring and fun tumblr posts.
I will also be hosting haircare meetups and workshops so we can meet and learn together.

Thanks for visiting my page and please do leave a comment in the Guestbook section!

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!

A prayer for the year ahead:
" Lord Jesus, I commit my hair growth into Your hands. With You, all things are possible. Lord, please make my hair my Crowning Glory and allow me to develop even better haircare techniques and to give ALL the glory to You.
In Your mighty name, I pray. Amen."

DISCLAIMER: This has to be said. These techniques and products that I use are what work  for me. They may not work for you. Each head of hair is different. I am not advocating one product above another or being paid for any product reviews I do. I am sharing my honest opinion. I am sharing my journey to hopefully inspire and motivate others who are waking up to the truth that " Black women CAN grow long hair!"
God bless! ♥
