Afternoon Tea At Park House So I have a confession!
I'm a lady who enjoys having afternoon tea at a nice restaurant! I have built this ritual with a friend in London and now that I'm in Cardiff, enjoying the student life again, I am loathe to let it go. On a neutral Tuesday afternoon, my housemate and I ventured over to Park House, a lovely restaurant on Park Place to sample their menu. It was a quaint and simply beautiful with a wonderful view of the Cardiff museum and its soothing fountain. The service was timely and attentive and the sandwiches were tasty. I had the Jasmine Sliver Needle White tea to go with my cakes and they were all delicious. The true test for me were the scones and there were light, held together well with the cream and conserve. I cannot recommend this Afternoon Tea highly enough! Priced £18.95 per person.
