YouTube faves | Natural stylistas with personality! Today, I will only be showcasing one lady because I really am loving her channel! Ashiek1118: I only just discovered this lovely lady today....see, I still trawl YouTube for more natural hair videos! Not only do I love her fierce hair styles and her attitude, I love her make-up! *blush* She seems very down-to-earth and makes me want to get some more hair candy. Not to mention, turn my t-shirts into hair candy themselves! Here's her blog!

Over 1,000 YouTube subscribers! Just a quick update to say: Yay! And a big THANK YOU to all the ladies who have been watching, subscribing and rating my videos. It really is appreciated!
Furthermore, I am planning a giveaway in the next month, by God's grace! So stay tuned and keep commenting! I'm really interested in your input, your journeys and your hair's progress. God bless! ♥LOLA♥ Youtube Faves | Transitioning Ladies More from my Youtube favorites list! For the ladies who are showing us the way! Yay! NiaSoPurdy: I found her videos after I was a year post relaxer! Cute styles and very pretty hair! Great to watch and try out! She shared her BC with us! Fierce and pretty! CharyJay (160Days2Lose2): I recently (in the past 2 weeks) discovered this gem! She transitioned for 1 year and has an absolutely stunning, bouncy head of hair (so jelly!). Her personality and cute smile also shine through in every video. Check her out for more! KandeeLovesYa:
And we love her right back! This young lady is so creative with hairstyling and within a blink of an eye, she was done transitioning and is wowing us with her versatile natural styles! That's all for today, folks! Hope you enjoyed this one! Youtube Faves | For Product Reviews What can I say! The title says it all! So without much further ado: Louloumatou: Based in the Netherlands, a product junkie who does so because she likes trying out new products but has her staples / holy grail products already. She's honest about how she uses the products, whether she will buy again. In following videos, you'll see that she either has used it up (never to touch again) or has stuck to it. She also does product combos that work for her hair. With so many products out there, it's good to know someone's tried alot of them....lol! Lolakinz: Well, other than the fact we are both Lolas (lol!), she also is an unashamed product junkie. She buys products and will tell you straight off if it smells, well, "like feet"! Not afraid to be blunt about the products, she will tell you what she uses them to achieve on her hair, how they make the hair feel and she also has product giveaways. Besides, she helped me find my Donna Marie Superbutter Creme! (see above) CharyJay:
I like the difference in her style of product review. Firstly it is very structured showing the products, ingredients and claims. Next she shows step by step how she used them. Finally the result and her verdict! And who doesn't want that amazing head of hair!!!! Single braids | Styles Here's a video of some of the ways I wore my long braids! Enjoy! This is a quick little video mixing and matching different times I took down my threaded styles. Shows some sections will twirl around the thread and be a bit trickier to undo. When there's a will, there's a way.
Just a quick video to show how I installed the threaded styles I did in April and May! Enjoy! Life Untangled! Just for laughs! We all dream of longer hair.....This long though?!!!
Just for laughs! GirlsLoveYourCurls! I discovered this channel before Christmas last year and I have been waiting and watching every video she has posted. Lots of great ideas for natural styling, for children and grown-ups! Tips and tricks as well as techniques for caring for hair on a daily to weekly basis. Here's a tutorial video I have found invaluable and I can't wait to try this style out. The African threading Method: My current Protective Style! This is how I've been hiding my hair and I plan to try to continue till Christmas. I wear single braids underneath, which I co-wash and DC weekly and moisturize twice daily. I re-do the braids after 1 month and do a light-moderate protein treatment before re-braiding. Any of you ladies hiding you hair in hopes of getting to that magical length? I'm aiming for WL!
