Review | MyHoneyChild Type 4 Hair Creme, 2oz

My first few words on this - I thought it was all hype. A cream claiming it was made "just for me" aka my hair type? Well, here's how I found it....

Ingredients:
Soy Butter,Olive Butter, Raw Honey ,Coconut Butter, Sesame Oil , BaoHen Oil, Sunflower Seed oil, Wheat Germ oil, Cuscus Grass Extract, Eclipta Erecta Oil, Grapefruit and Spearmint oil.

Price:
£4 for 2oz sample size. (Though I can no longer find the sample size online).

Promises:
The TYPE 4 Hair Creme is a thick and rich creme. This product defines the curl and eliminates the puffy look and promotes shine. Allows for beautiful double strand twist styles. The Type 4 hair desires moisture (100%), with little or no control. Everyone thinks this hair type is the strongest but it is the weakest and the winter weather is not a friend of type 4 hair.

Review:
This was a revelation. First I used it on large twists after washing my hair and yes, it gave good shine and dried without leaving white residue. Always important. Next, I re-misted my hair and used this as a sealing butter for medium-sized twists. I tell no lie, my hair, which was feeling rough, felt smoother immediately! I am sold. Furthermore, a little goes a long way. I have not made a dent in the 2oz bottle after 2 uses on my full head of hair....seriously! Just dip your finger lightly into the jar and nip some off the sides for each twist. On another note, it doesn't smell overpowering. That's very important if you're leaving in styles for a while.

Rating: ♥♥♥♥
The only reason this gets one star less is the price. I am reluctant to buy a bigger size because of this (£16.50 for 8oz!!!). However, I am open to negotiation...lol! I may get another smaller size to tide me over when this one runs out!
Have you tried this yourself? Let me know how you found it.

I do enjoy all the abstract things, your creativity and blog theme. So that's why I really thought about getting something like that for my new blog!

Hair extension methods are a great way of enhancing your look. These methods use human hair to create the look and length you desire.

The tape hair extensions deliver one of the most versatile and most natural-looking weaves on the market. it is also relatively expensive in comparison to the other techniques because it takes so much time and precision.

I agree with you. MyHoneyChild's Type 4 cream saved my 4c hair. I was desperate! I had tried all of the creams recommended on all the channels. I got white residue from everything, especially shea butter, horrible!

So I decided to research my hair type! I have fine 4c low porosity hair, the kind that is the kinkiest, tangles the most, breaks the most and cannot handle heavy oils. I was sad and thought natural hair is NOT for everyone...then I discovered this cream!

It saved my hair journey.
